National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues


April 2, 1951 Columbus, Oh

The National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues, now know as Minor League Baseball, was formed September 5, 1901. Fourteen leagues and 96 clubs were members during the first season in 1902. Main offices were located in Auburn, NY. 1932 the offices moved to Durham, NC. 1947 the offices moved to Columbus, Oh - at the time there were 59 leagues and 448 clubs
