The tournament features the top teams of the professional baseball leagues in Europe The 1986 Baseball Cup has hosted by Antwerp, Belgium, with the Parma (Italy) Baseball Club taking first place, followed by the Amstel Tigers (Netherlands) and Rimini Baseball Club (Italy)
