found on eBay, a nicely drawn cachet. My question comes from the postmark July 30, 2021 Juneau, Ak

The July 30 postmark was for the Raven Story stamp issued in Juneau, the Berra stamp was issued June 24, Little Falls, NJ. 

Incorrect postmark was applied at the processing center

1955-Sep-28 World Series Game 1 Yankee Stadium - The Brooklyn Dodgers were trailing by two runs in the eighth inning when Jackie Robinson broke for home and was ruled to have beat the tag from Hall of Fame catcher Yogi Berra. Robinson’s sprint started when Yankees left-hander Whitey Ford went into his delivery. Robinson slid into the plate and was immediately called safe by home-plate umpire Bill Summers, which left Berra incensed. New York won the game 6-5

Berra emphatically protested the call and harbored that frustration for years to come. Up until his death, Berra declared Robinson was out at home.

Just as I have done with my children, when we are on the field, we take a dirt smudge. This smudge was taken from the back of the pitchers mound. Following the Yogi Berra stamp ceremony, the field was open to fans to run the bases, have a catch, sit in the dugouts... and enjoy the atmosphere of baseball

in my family Roy Campanella was the best catcher in New York, they followed the Dodgers

The Dodgers left when I was growing up, so I followed the Yankees and Berra was better known to me

I originally honored Berra with this cachet on the Campanella cover and have now truly been able to add Yogi
