Commemorative postmark honoring Ned Garver

Hometown of Ned Garver in commemoration of the 45th anniversary of his 20-game winning season for the St Louis Browns. The Browns finished the 1951 season with a record of 52-102.
Garver would also pitch for the Detroit Tigers, Kansas City Athletics and Los Angeles Angels during a 14-year career.
