New York Mets - Hall of Fame
Jerry Koosman, a left-handed pitcher played for the New York Mets (1967-1978), Minnesota Twins (1979-1981), Chicago White Sox (1981-1983) and Philadelphia Phillies (1984-1985). His record stands at 222-209, with a 3.36 ERA
His greatest achievement was winning the 1969 World Series with the Miracle Mets
The New York mets Hall of Fame was created to recognize the careers of players, managers, broadcasters and executives who helped the Mets achieve glory.
Originally located in the Diamond Club in Shea Stadium opened in 1981. The Hall re-opened in Citi Field in 2010 as the Hall of Fame and Museum
