Commemorating William A Roach designer of the 1939 baseball stamp

William A Roach, was the designer of over 60 stamps for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing with the US Post Office.  He is credited with the Baseball Centennial issue of 1939, Pony Express, Pan-American Union, Panama Canal, Famous Americans series, 
A commercial artist Roach is also credited with design of Phillips cigarette posters, RCA Victor "His Master's Voice" advertising
